Y type Flush Bottom Tank Valves

Amarama Engineers Y type Flush Bottom Tank Valves are used for discharging of material from reactor vessels and tanks. As all vessels have different dimensions, we at Amarama Engineers manufacture each valve to the precise dimensions of the vessel provided by the client to ensure ZERO hold up, thus avoiding any contamination taking place in the next batch of material being processed in the vessel.

We manufacture these valves for both opening upwards (into the vessel) and opening downwards (into the valve).

At Amarama Engineers we work with the client to modify and adapt our design to the process applications of the project. Over the years we have developed our Flush Bottom Tank Valves for various applications like RTD probe, Jacketed, Cylindrically Actuated, Diaphragm Actuated with Manual Override, Auto / Manual Switch, FLP Solenoid Valves, Limit Switches, Air Filter Regulator. We have indigenously developed Actuated Flush Bottom Valves for opening downwards (into the valve).
